Polizia Penitenziaria (Polizia Di Stato)  scam - how to remove this ransomware from your computer?

Polizia Penitenziaria ransomware infection is targeted at computer users from Italy. This screen locker originates from a family of ransomware called Reveton. This family of rogues is infamous for it's capabilities to localise deceptive messages that locks computer user's desktop. Step 2
