POLICE RENDŐRSÉG virus - how to unlock your PC?
POLICE RENDŐRSÉG (A számítógép zárolva lett) is a virus and shouldn't be treated as a legitimate message from Hungarian police. It's a ransomware infection from a family called Reventon. Cyber criminals who are responsible for creating this family are using localised versions of deceptive messages asking to pay a fine for law infringements. This particular screen locker is designed to scare PC users from Hungary. This message is exploiting the name of POLICE RENDŐRSÉG and uses their logo. None of the text in this ransomware infection is real, Hungarian police didn't send computer users this message, this was done by Cyber criminals.
If your computer's screen is locked with such message this means that your PC is infected with a ransomware infection. You shouldn't pay the fine of 25000 HUF of 100 Euro - you will loose your money and your computer will still be locked. The best way of treating such message is ignoring it's false statements and eliminating it from your computer. Notice that neither Hungarian police nor any other authority around the world is using such ransomware infections to collect fines for online piracy or other law violations.

As mentioned above POLICE RENDŐRSÉG (A számítógép zárolva lett) ransowmare hales from the Reventon family of screen lockers. Such ransomware infects PC users all over the world, moreover Cyber criminals have translated the text in this message to most of European languages. To make the messages appear more realistic Cyber criminals are also using the names of local authorities of the countries that they are targeting. If a computer user from USA would get his PC infected with this ranosmware the message would appear like it came from FBI. Don't trust this message and don't pay the fine. Use the provided removal instructions and eliminate this scam from your computer.
Ukash (Smart Voucher Limited) is a legitimate company and it's not related to ransomware viruses - Cyber criminals are using this service to escort money from unsuspecting PC users.
