"WeTransfer" is the title of a deceptive email designed to spread the Kryptik trojan. The email might also be used to spread other malicious programs. You are strongly advised against opening this message, and especially the links it contains, since this will trigger installation of the aforementioned malware infection.

Due to the dubious techniques used to proliferate My Recipe Finder, it is classified as a Potentially Unwanted Application (PUA). Note that My Recipe Finder is often distributed together with another PUA called Hide My History.

When visited, rministencew[.]club opens other bogus websites or loads dubious content. There are many websites similar to rministencew[.]club online.

Some examples are news-back[.]best, sombes[.]com and cooperativasantamargherita[.]com. In most cases, users do not visit these sites intentionally - they are opened by potentially unwanted applications (PUAs) installed on the system. They can also be opened through deceptive ads or other dubious sites.

What is Deal_for_access?

Discovered by malware researcher Ravi, Deal_for_access is a malicious program classified as ransomware. Systems infected with this malware experience data encryption and users receive ransom demands for decryption.

Typically, during the encryption process, ransomware renames affected files, however, this is not the case with Deal_for_access (following encryption, filenames remain unchanged). After encryption is complete, a ransom message ("DEAL_FOR_ACCESS_TO_YOUR_FILES.txt") is dropped into compromised folders.
