"You've Made The 5-billionth Search" uses the 'fake prize' scam model. Schemes of this type claim that users have won or can win a reward. These scams steal private and sensitive information by asking people to provide names, addresses, telephone numbers, emails, banking account or credit card details, etc.

As well as asking for vulnerable information, the schemes can request users to make payments to receive the nonexistent prize (e.g. shipping, registration, subscription and similar fake fees), however, "Latest version of Adobe Flash Player" is a different kind of scam.
