Netlify.app overview
It must be mentioned that the content encountered on and through rogue sites might vary depending on the visitor's IP address (geolocation).
When we examined the glistening-haupia-e37bbf.netlify[.]app page, it promoted its browser notifications through a video-themed lure. As mentioned in the introduction, this rogue site is hosted by abusing the Netlify hosting service.
Glistening-haupia-e37bbf.netlify[.]app displayed a fake video player, instructed to – "Press 'Allow' to Watch", and stated that – "Your video is loading. Enable notifications to continue".

Browser notification spam in general
We have written about countless rogue webpages; viwew[.]click, refreshedorder[.]com, and allpurposenetwork.co[.]in are merely a couple of our latest articles.
These sites aim to trick visitors into enabling browser notification delivery. Spam notifications endorse deceptive and malicious material. Remember that any genuine content encountered via these adverts is most likely promoted by scammers who abuse its affiliate programs to obtain illegitimate commissions.
How did a netlify.app website gain permission to deliver spam notifications?
User consent is necessary for any website to deliver browser notifications. Therefore, if you are receiving these advertisements from netlify.app webpage – it means that you have likely accessed this page at some point, and permitted their delivery by selecting "Allow", "Allow Notifications", or an analogous option.
How to prevent deceptive sites from delivering spam notifications?
To avoid receiving unwanted browser notifications – do not permit dubious webpages to deliver them (i.e., do not click "Allow", "Allow Notifications", etc.). Instead, ignore or deny notification requests from such pages (i.e., press "Block", "Block Notifications", etc.).
Should your browser continuously force-open questionable website without prompt, it could be due to adware installed on it or the system.
