What kind of page is goinroads[.]com?
Goinroads[.]com is a rogue website intended to trick users into receiving browser notification spam. It can also produce redirects to other (likely untrustworthy/dangerous) sites.

Goinroads[.]com overview
It is pertinent to mention that the behavior of rogue websites (i.e., what they host and/or promote) may vary depending on the visitor's IP address/ geolocation. While inspecting goinroads[.]com, we found two appearance variants of this site. The text on the page was the same – "Click 'Allow' if you are not a robot" – while the background image differed.
This is a supposed CAPTCHA verification test, and by completing it (i.e., clicking the "Allow" button) – users inadvertently enable goinroads[.]com to deliver browser notifications. After we pressed this button, we were redirected to protocpz[.]xyz – another rogue page; note that where these redirects land can differ.
Webpages like goinroads[.]com use the notifications to run intrusive advertisement campaigns. The delivered ads can promote online scams, unreliable/hazardous software, and even malware.
In summary, through pages like goinroads[.]com – users may experience system infections, severe privacy issues, financial losses, and identity theft.

Browser notification spam in general
We have written about thousands of rogue webpages; getrondure24[.]com, glsadvertising[.]com, and glsfreeads[.]com are just a couple of our latest articles.
These pages display browser notifications endorsing deceptive and malicious material. Keep in mind that any genuine content encountered via these advertisements is most likely promoted by scammers who abuse its affiliate programs to obtain illegitimate commissions.
How did goinroads[.]com gain permission to deliver spam notifications?
User permission is necessary for any website to deliver browser notifications, and goinroads[.]com is no exception. Therefore, if you are receiving these adverts from said webpage – it is evident that when it was visited, permission for the delivery was granted by selecting "Allow", "Allow Notifications", or a similar option.
How to prevent deceptive sites from delivering spam notifications?
To avoid receiving undesirable browsing notifications – do not permit suspicious pages to deliver them (i.e., do not click "Allow", "Allow Notifications", etc.). We advise ignoring or denying notification delivery requests from such webpages (i.e., selecting "Block", "Block Notifications", etc.).
In case of continuous unprompted redirects to questionable sites, inspect the browser and system for installed adware. If your computer is already infected with rogue applications, we recommend running a scan with Combo Cleaner Antivirus for Windows to automatically eliminate them.
