Findbizads.com Redirect

Also Known As: Findbizads.com Virus
Damage level: Low

What is Findbizads.com?

The findbizads.com website claims that it is a fast and reliable search engine enabling users to search the web, torrents, maps, etc. In essence, it is a web business directory enhanced with a search bar. Whilst on initial inspection this website seems legitimate, recent PC user reports state that redirects to this website are a consequence of Internet browser hijackers.

Closer study of findbizads.com reveals that this site is promoted using Business Search Toolbar, a browser add-on, which can be downloaded from its homepage or may come bundled with free software downloaded from the Internet.

findbizads.com redirect

When installed on users' PCs, this toolbar changes the default browser homepage to findbizads.com and adds several shortcuts to Internet Explorer.

The displayed search bar does not return any results and the website appears to have errors. Installing Business Search Toolbar on your computer does not add any genuine value, and on the downside, your Internet browser will continually redirect you to the findbizads.com website.

These redirects to findbizads.com and other websites can be avoided if computer users closely inspect each installation window of the free software they install on their computers. PC users should be especially careful when installing free software, since developers of these products commonly bundle their programs with unwanted toolbars.

If you feel that you have not willingly installed this toolbar, and your Internet browsers redirects you to findbizads.com without your consent, use the removal guide provided to eliminate these redirect problems.
