Mobsweet.com Redirect

What is mobsweet.com?
mobsweet.com is a rogue site identical to dealclick.us, redirecting.zone, nametraff.com, and many others. This website redirects to other dubious sites. In most cases, users visit mobsweet.com inadvertently - they are redirected by intrusive ads (displayed by other sites), and potentially unwanted programs (PUPs).
Research shows that many PUPs infiltrate systems without consent and, in addition to redirects, deliver intrusive ads and gather sensitive data.
Research shows that, after system infiltration, PUPs open new browser tabs/windows and redirect to mobsweet.com. Immediately after visiting these sites, users encounter several redirects to other dubious sites. There is a high probability that at least one of these sites will contain malicious content.
By causing these redirects, mobsweet.com puts users' browsing safety at risk. In addition, intrusive ads delivered by PUPs also redirect to malicious sites and even run scripts that download/install malware. Therefore, even a single click can result in high-risk computer infections.
Note that intrusive ads are delivered using tools that enable placement of third party graphical content on any website. Therefore, displayed ads often conceal underlying content, thereby diminishing the browsing experience. As mentioned above, potentially unwanted programs also gather information that typically includes personal details.
Note that developers later share these details with third parties (potentially, cyber criminals) who misuse private information to generate revenue. Therefore, the presence of data-tracking apps can lead to serious privacy issues or even identity theft. You are strongly advised to eliminate all potentially unwanted programs immediately.

There are hundreds of potentially unwanted programs, all of which are identical. All offer "useful features", however, these apps are useless for regular users.
Adware-type apps are designed only to generate revenue for the developers. Rather than providing functionality promised, potentially unwanted programs pose a direct threat to your privacy and Internet browsing safety. By offering 'useful features', they attempt to give the impression of legitimacy and trick users to install.
How did adware install on my computer?
To proliferate potentially unwanted programs, developers use intrusive advertising and a deceptive marketing method called "bundling" (stealth installation of PUPs with regular software).
Research shows that developers do not disclose these installations properly - they hide "bundled" apps within various sections (for example, "Advanced/Custom" settings) of the download or installation processes. Furthermore, many users click intrusive advertisements and skip download/installation steps.
This behavior often leads to inadvertent installation of potentially unwanted programs. In this way, users expose their systems to risk of various infections and compromise their privacy.
How to avoid installation of potentially unwanted applications?
The main reasons for computer infections are poor knowledge and careless behavior. The key to safety is caution. Therefore, to prevent system infiltration by PUPs, be very cautious when browsing the Internet and downloading/installing software. Intrusive ads may seem legitimate, but redirect to gambling, adult dating, pornography, and other dubious sites.
If you experience these redirects, eliminate all dubious applications and browser plug-ins. Carefully analyze each window of the download/installation processes and opt-out of all additionally-included programs.
We recommend that you download your applications from official sources only, using direct download links. Third party downloaders/installers are monetized using the "bundling" method, and thus should never be used.
