nitratory.com is one of many rogue websites available that includes medialink.mobi, leblonmedia.com, yourmobile2018.com, etc. 

This site redirects visitors to other untrustworthy/dubious websites. Most users visit nitratory.com inadvertently - they are redirected by potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) that are installed inadvertently.
