What is crtatix.com?

Similar or identical to search.lokaleswetternt.com, getnewsupdate.info, search-www.info (and many other rogue websites), crtatix.com redirects visitors to other untrustworthy sites.

Users generally end up visiting crtatix.com unintentionally - they are redirected to it by potentially unwanted applications (PUAS) that infiltrate systems without users' knowledge, cause unwanted redirects, collect data, and deploy intrusive ads.

Most potentially unwanted applications have just one purpose: to generate revenue for their developers by collecting data, delivering ads, and causing redirects. Internet Explorer:

• Click the Gear button on the right upper corner of the IE window
• Select "Internet options"
• Select the "Privacy" tab and click "Settings" under "Pop-up Blocker" section

Microsoft Edge:
