yourday-winprize[.]life redirects visitors to various other potentially malicious, deceptive and untrusted websites.
Typically, people do not arrive at websites such as yourday-winprize[.]life intentionally - in most cases, they are opened through other untrusted websites, dubious advertisements or potentially unwanted applications (PUAs) installed on the browser and/or operating system. No websites opened through yourday-winprize[.]life can be trusted.
At the time of research, yourday-winprize[.]life led to sms-mail-message[.]com and a number of other websites that are part of the noname group of scam pages. Note that sms-mail-message[.]com is the address of a rogue web page, which loads dubious content or opens a number (about two or three) other dubious websites.
Never trust this web page, since it can cause redirects to potentially malicious websites. Other pages that are opened through yourday-winprize[.]life include lottery scam sites that deceive visitors into believing that they have won (or can win) a prize by providing various personal information (such as name, surname, email address, credit card details, etc.).
Scammers who design these websites misuse details obtained from unsuspecting visitors to generate revenue. By providing information on lottery scam websites and other deceptive pages, many people risk becoming victims of identity theft, experiencing monetary loss, problems relating to browsing safety, privacy, and so on.

PUAs that open pages such as yourday-winprize[.]life usually display intrusive ads (coupons, banners, surveys, pop-ups, etc.) and gather information. People who click these ads are redirected to dubious pages or they allow them to execute scripts designed to download/install other PUAs, or even malware.
In most cases, PUAs target details such as users' IP addresses, geolocations, entered search queries, addresses of visited pages, and other browsing data. Some might be designed to collect sensitive, personal data. In any case, developers and/or third parties misuse the data to generate revenue.
How did adware install on my computer?
People often download and install PUAs by clicking deceptive advertisements or when the apps are included into the set-ups of regular software. Generally, offers to download or install additional (potentially unwanted) software are hidden in "Custom", "Advanced" or similar settings of the download/installation set-ups.
When people download and/or install software without checking and changing these settings, they often allow PUAs to be downloaded and installed by default. PUAs are also downloaded/installed through deceptive ads when they execute certain scripts, however, they can only do this if people click the ads.
How to avoid installation of potentially unwanted applications
Download software from official, trustworthy websites. Third party software downloaders, installers, Peer-to-Peer networks and other similar channels/tools can be used to distribute unwanted applications. Check "Custom", "Advanced" and other similar settings of any download/installation setup and decline offers to download or install additionally-included (unwanted) programs.
Intrusive ads that are displayed on dubious pages should not be clicked - they can redirect people to untrusted websites or even cause unwanted downloads/installations. Remove any unwanted apps (extensions, add-ons, plug-ins) from the browser immediately.
The same should be applied to software of this kind installed on the operating system. If your computer is already infected with rogue applications, we recommend running a scan with Combo Cleaner Antivirus for Windows to automatically eliminate them.
